Service availability, pricing, and specific offerings may vary based on location and project requirements.

Service Booking and Scheduling

When you request services through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your service needs
  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time
  • Identify all items requiring removal before service begins
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or special handling requirements
  • Provide accurate property access information including parking, stairs, and entry points

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service date and time, but scheduling is subject to availability.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the volume of items removed, measured by the space occupied in our truck. Final pricing is determined after assessing the actual volume of materials.

  • Price estimates provided before service are approximate and subject to adjustment based on actual volume
  • Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins
  • You have the right to decline service if you do not agree with the final price
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made
  • We accept payment methods as specified at the time of service
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment:

  • Please provide as much advance notice as possible
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove certain items including:

  • Hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, certain chemicals)
  • Medical waste and biohazards
  • Explosives, ammunition, and weapons
  • Certain industrial chemicals and materials
  • Items prohibited by local, provincial, or federal regulations

If such items are discovered during service, we will not remove them and will advise on proper disposal methods. You are responsible for disclosing the presence of any restricted materials before service begins.

Property Access and Liability

You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to all items requiring removal
  • Ensure pathways are clear and safe for our team
  • Secure pets and ensure they do not interfere with service
  • Identify any property damage, structural concerns, or hazards before service begins
  • Ensure you have authority to remove items from the property

While we take care to protect your property during service, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property, walls, floors, or fixtures
  • Damage resulting from structural issues or inadequate pathways
  • Items left behind that you later decide you wanted to keep
  • Damage to items that occurs during necessary disassembly for removal

Disposal Practices

We make reasonable efforts to dispose of items responsibly through donation, recycling, and proper waste management. However:

  • We cannot guarantee that specific items will be accepted by donation centers
  • Donation and recycling decisions are made based on item condition and facility acceptance criteria
  • We are not responsible for the ultimate disposition of items after they leave our possession
  • You release ownership of all removed items to ServicePoint Plus upon removal

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misrepresentation of facts
